Advanced CNC Machinist – HMC/VMC Specialist (Mori Seiki & Doosan)

• 3+ years of mastery in G-code programming and complex setups for both vertical and horizontal machining is required

This full-time Advanced CNC Machinist opportunity is with a rapidly growing, high-precision manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense industries. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to program and set up CNC mills/lathes using G-code
• Perform first-article inspections and ensure part quality using precision measuring tools
• Train operators to run jobs consistently and ensure repeatability
• Collaborate with production and leadership to improve processes and optimize workflow

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3+ years of CNC setup and G-code programming experience is a requirement
• Experience with Mori Seiki, Doosan, or similar CNC equipment strongly preferred
• Must be local to NE Wisconsin (realistic daily commute)
• Solid work history and reliable transportation
• US citizen or green card holder
