Lead Quality Improvement and ISO Compliance Within a Growing Manufacturing Operation

This is not a quality technician role. This is an opportunity to take ownership of quality engineering initiatives, lead ISO 9001 internal audits, and help elevate quality systems and manufacturing performance within a growing production environment.

Are you a hands-on Quality Engineer who enjoys solving manufacturing problems, leading corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing operation?

My client, a growing global manufacturing organization within the polymers and plastics industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality systems, customer quality initiatives, and plant-level continuous improvement efforts within their La Porte, Indiana operation. This is a highly visible role supporting production, quality, and engineering teams while helping maintain and improve the company’s ISO 9001 quality system.

This opportunity is ideal for a manufacturing quality professional who wants to move beyond basic inspection responsibilities and take ownership of audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and plant-wide quality initiatives.

Why You Should Apply

  • $82,500-$93,500 on target annual earnings
  • Competitive base salary: $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience
  • 10% target annual bonus opportunity
  • Relocation assistance provided

  • Work within a global manufacturing organization supporting long-term growth and operational investment
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.

Position Summary
