This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of protection and control systems for utility substations.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting projects from concept through construction and commissioning while working closely with utility clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transmission and distribution substation projects, supporting reliable and efficient operation of critical electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of experience in substation protection and control engineering.
• Experience with utility transmission and distribution substations.
• Knowledge of protective relays, control systems, and substation communications.
• Experience developing:
• AC schematics
• DC schematics
• Wiring diagrams
• Relay panel layouts
• Control building layouts
